Cancellation Policy

At Philosophe, we strive to offer the best possible scheduling options for all Guests. We kindly ask for advanced notice for any appointment changes- we appreciate 48 hours’ notice whenever possible to better serve everyone.

Cancellations under 24 hours: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-show appointments: A fee of 100% of the scheduled service(s) will apply.
In cases of emergencies or illness, we will always use our discretion as we understand life happens.

Late Arrival Policy

We understand that things happen. If you anticipate being late, please give us a call. A 10-minute grace period is typically allotted for most services. However, late arrivals may not always be accommodated and may be treated as no-show appointments. In some instances, portions of your service may need to be adjusted to keep our schedule on track.


Credit Card Hold

All future reservations must be secured with a credit card. Your card will only be charged if cancellations or no-shows occur in accordance with the above policies.
